Curious, what really is "Cell's power," then? He got almost everything he had from absorbing people and the Androids. He started out with hardly anything of his own, and got nothing from actual training or other methods normal beings would use.

The same that is Goku or Freeza's power at a specific point in time. No one is expecting to compare someone with Goku at the age of 16 when he is 30 or a suppressed.

Where did you get that from? I never said that Dabura is at Semi-Perfect Cell's level (a lower form of Cell), I said that he would have to be a lot stronger than Semi-Cell because he was going head to head with Adult Gohan. Even if Gohan was weaker than his kid self, Dabura was still putting up a fight against him. Semi-Cell is an absolute joke when compared to anyone at or above ascended saiyan level. We saw how Vegeta completely humiliated him.

Base Vegeta feels he could manage something against Dabura's first estimate of power.

Vegeta also implies that Kibito could have done something in regards to the blast killing him...

SSJ Vegeta >>Dabura ~SSJ Gohan >>>>>Dabura's Estimated Power > Base Vegeta >> Dabura's Inital Power > Kibito

So Base Vegeta seems to think he could manage something against Dabura's estimated power, then Goku implies that Dabura is way stronger than the first estimate. Which makes sense really. Vegeta says he's straight up stronger than Gohan, and calls Gohan pathetic, then goes on to say he will finish Dabura for him. Logically if Gohan is a SSJ, Vegeta is talking about using SSJ power to defeat Dabura...

I think this makes the most sense guys I really do. But of course, only if you think Dabura ~ SSJ Gohan ...
