Question: Will you add your older promos to the site?
Suggestion: It's propably uneeded, but can you add a section for your interviews or for videos like Chris Sabat watching the first episodes?

And I realize that I just used a reference that I can't remember the source. Hmm, maybe Scrubs?
Not a problem.

I am currently trying to read this entire thread! I've gotten through 17/91 pages
It definitely makes for an interesting read. I just recently watched this TFS Abridged everyone has been talking about on Sunday and I have to say it's pretty awesome! I have not gotten to watch all of it but I did watch a good portion of it of course it was a bit late at night for me so I need to go re-watch it. I wish I could watch it at work but that would mean installing flash and I don't want to get in trouble for installing stuff.
Anyways, as a "dubbie" I have to say I do get the jokes in relation to the original which I found very amusing. I may prefer to watch the dub but I have read all about the differences between the dub and the original as well as watched parts of the original for comparison. But if I'm going to watch the series in it's entirety I would prefer the dub, it's just what I grew up with. I loved the over 9000 scene, it was one of my favorites as far as references to the original, atleast it's what sticks out most right now. Like I said it was late at night so I need to go back and re-watch stuff and I haven't even watched everything yet.
My absolute favorite video that I've seen so far is actually the 1st FAQ. Mainly cause it's mostly hosted by Vegeta and he is my favorite after all.
And Lanipator's Vegeta voice is just so friggin good! I have to agree with everyone that he does a very good Sabat Vegeta. Oh and love the space pods scene!
Just wondering a couple things, and sorry if this has already been brought up in the thread but it's going to take me AWHILE to read through this whole thread! Is TFS random internet people that collaborate on this project through the internet? Do they all know each other and do this at KaiserNeko's house or something? Just curious.

Minnesota close to me. Go vikings!JulieYBM wrote:TFS is stationed all around the world, so it's primarily done through the internet (recording ones lines, and then sending them over to Kaiser via email). Kaiser lives in California, Taka (Nappa) lives in Canada, Masako in the UK, and Lani...somewhere in the Central states, I believe.

Psh, Cutler is going to carve the Vikings up when they play, but that's neither here nor there...hui43210 wrote:Minnesota close to me. Yes I saw him, but I also know that the Packers lead the league in sacks allowed by a wide margin, so you can't put any stock into that. The Bears will win.
You've tapped into my only passion greater than Dragonball: sports. So, I'll drop it here.
DBZ Abridged, great stuff.

I went back and watched the entire thing on their site and I realized the over 9000 I was referencing was actually their thank you for all the subscribers. Still that would have been awesome as the actual scene! The actual scene they did for that just didn't really do anything for me. Anyways that, FAQ #1, and episode 5 are my favorites!!! Especially the rock you like a hurricane part. And I love the blooper of him singing that!!! I don't care much for filler but I have a whole new take on the Arlia episode now. Unfortunately that was one of the episodes I skipped when my fiance and I watched the entire series beginning to end since he had never seen it before. I didn't want him to get bored and heck filler bores me so I skipped some filler episodes. So now he has to see that episode in order to get the abridged version! That and I'll have to show him the original japanese part of the over 9000 er 8000 I should say scene. Then he'll be all ready to watch Abridged with me.saiyangerl wrote: I loved the over 9000 scene, it was one of my favorites as far as references to the original, atleast it's what sticks out most right now.

Ok I read this entire thread! All 91 pages of it! It was a good read. Kept me entertained all week at work (probably distracting from my work too lol). I just had another question. I read somewhere in the thread something about Vegeta singing The Best and was wondering where I could find that. I watched everything of Abridged that is on their new site and I don't recall that at all...

It's after Vegeta cuts of Gohan's tail in 10-3. :3saiyangerl wrote:Ok I read this entire thread! All 91 pages of it! It was a good read.
