Toyotarõ isn't going with the Jiren mystery route. Which is nice and like with the "who's Goku Black" from the previous arc, best removed since the anime already spoiled it.

I hope he also gives some focus to other relevant characters from the adversary Universes.

If you read the manga and forget about what the anime did, there’s still the mystery of “who is Gokuh-Black?” The manga just does it better than the anime version

I'd say he has a personality after 109-111. Being stoic, aloof, arrogant, and detached are personality traits. It is "stiff" as fuck though lol.

Really. It's kind of annoying how people always see being stoic and calm as 'no personality'.

As I said he personality is similar to hit just more basic plus the manga is taking time to show it unlike the anime

We don't know his personality to compare it to Hit, the anime doesn't really show anything. But this actually gives us the idea why he's the leader of the group. He cares about others.

Toppo is the leader of the Pride Troopers.

I want enough of them to where we can at least have another battle in space.

It really seems that Jiren will be THE justice warrior of this arc in the manga.He prioritizies the safety of the citizens before anything else.That's neat,and will maybe build up his real motives for wanting to get the Super DBs.He may want to wish eternal justice or something along these lines.

So he's how Superman would be if he was a badass ? that sounds good. It seems like Jerin will be likable here.

I don't know,but it seems that Tori/Toyo are taking a shot at Superman and are trying to incorporate a character of this kind to the main series.Maybe they've watched ScrewAttack's Goku vs Superman and want to make a rebellion?

Yeah. People really want in-depth personalities all the time but it can’t happen all the time. They want someone like Jiren to go through 100 chapters/episodes (or so) of personality changes in a single arc, let alone a tournament

The manga didn't focus on it, they had it because it was the basic premise of the arc, Toyotarõ quickly had Whis spill the beans.
The anime built on it and feed it, which they could because holding on to a mystery only works if it's indeed a mystery.

As part of a group of super heroes, Jiren not want to save people would be odd. It's just in the anime Jiren comes off as an arrogant prick.

And Caulifla, he went to GoD when he couldn't do the job with his SS

Then they can just transform into God and use Vegeta's staregy if they need Blue. The golden forms are completely useless.

But the thing is, God and Blue aren’t always needed. For some like Jiren, Toppo, Dyspo, Hit, Golden Freeza, and Potara Zamasu, God and Blue are needed. Black could have been beaten as a Super Saiyan or even a Super Saiyan 2. Using God or Blue to defeat him would have been very unnecessary. Vegeta only transformed into Blue because he wanted to his if he could do it also. When he found out, Vegeta was ready to defeat Black but Zamasu appeared. They could have done it but why? Why overkill someone? Why waste stamina on someone that doesn’t need it?

You can't 'breathe' in space and if Beerus and Champa were talking, they weren't in a vacuum. That is one of the few laws of physics that Dragon Ball has stuck to.
