What's wrong with Videl?

Before DBS she was portrayed as a girl with strong personality, hell even in GT she was portrayed better, and then comes Super with her being just another good housewife, lame.

Oh god, his new art style just isn't the same... But I don't think it's a toei only thing.

His writing has also gone a bit downhill compared to before but hopefully that'll change with the next arc.

I think it's too early to say. BOG was a masterpiece imo, but ROF was lackluster. There is the possibility that he just wasn't used to condensing his plots into a movie so that's why it turned out that way. The champa arc was just a tournament, so it wasn't ever going to be great from a story telling perspective. I guess we'll truly see with this arc how much his writing has changed.

I'm holding out hope for something over the next several hours or so. I'm stunned that with a new, hyped up arc on the way that we're the only ones left still waiting for summary/title leaks.

That new extended Trunks trailer is insane, and Black looks pretty cool from what we could see. It's different and different is good! Totally hyped!

I agree 100%.

RF as a whole was just fan service that as of now added nothing to the overall story.

He didn't have a problem making a great movie with BOG but then again he had someone working with him on that and the main ideas were already set before he got involved.

The Champa arc wasn't bad but it felt under developed and rushed.

The Trunks arc is giving me the same vibe as RF, fan service but hopefully there will be more to it than that.

At this point I think Newtype might not have anything on Super, maybe Toei wants to keep it under wraps.

I think it has more to do with Toriyama cause Toei would benefit from releasing as much info as possible.

This reminds me of when Scott Snyder wouldn't let DC promote Joker's big return in the Batman comic so that it would be a big surprise for everyone.

If NewType doesn't give us anything, we'll have to pin our hopes on those TV listings that come out around...I actually have no idea when

Oh well. I guess if we don't get our spoilers, we'll just have to be satisfied with watching the episode in less than 48 hours from now, and hoping we get enough info from there and the preview...but this arc has me so hyped, I really really wanna know right NOW

The other magazine is called Animage for anyone else looking. I heard it doesn't have as detailed info as NewType, but there should be titles in it.
