I do believe Genki must have gotten a lot of his stuff, as mentioned before, by Internet sites and the secondhand market. Although some of the stuff he has in his collection, like "Dragonball Z2V", must have been acquired during the time it was briefly available in Japan as those go for asinine prices online nowadays. It's all about keeping an eye out at various sources when you have money to blow.

I actually wanted to know what's included in the Dragonbook, because I've seen the Dragonbox 1 Dragonbook, and the Dragonbox 3 Dragonbook, but not the Dragonbox 2 Dragonbook.

I don't have it with me since it's upstairs but from what I remember it has the same stuff as the first, only no time line, instead there's an "impressive words" page filled with quotes from the Freeza Arc, then there's a countdown list that has top 3s like top 3 puns and top 3 sexy men. Then instead of the outfit pages there's an animal page by Gohan.

Then there's the designs and shit.

Also, I haven't seen any of the third Dragon Book stuff yet...

I'm surprised he is referring to the proverb as a dub line, I thought he was talking about the line he had earlier but edited it out of his post talking about having balls to come to Earth half dead in a tin can. Is he trolling or is he doing something else?
