The creator of Dajjal actually made a poll on DA on whether to challenge Rigor or not. I, personally, did a short of my OC fighting Dajjal, but I realized I downplayed his character too much when I wrote the short so I'm going to scrap it.
If it isn't too much trouble though, could you give your opinion on my OC when I feel she's ready to show? If so, I'll send you a PM here or on DA.
Ah. I see.
I don't want anyone to think that I feel like my characters are superior to others. I appreciate that he's a fan of my series, and I'm glad he has a character that he can express himself through. Just personally, I don't find Dajjal well written or interesting.
And sure, I'd be glad to.
You may like what I'm doing with him in my own project. Eric (Dajjal's creator) gave me creative control over the character so stay tuned in the future and let me know what you think when stuff starts coming out.
I don't know. Even then you are using fan-made transformations which surpass the canon (plus GT) limit. Granted Malik is doing the same with SSJ5, but at least it's not as bad as the...other stuff I've seen. It's also a form that we know Goku, Vegeta, and whoever else can reach. Generally, people tend to let their own characters have the powerful forms and such. I'm keeping my eye on it, but don't think that what you will do to Dajjal will be much better than what Eric does.
Anyway, if anything I enjoy Rigor. I'm a little iffy about him being so powerful though. I can actually see a bit of Broli in him due to his power and focused hatred towards Vegeta, but at least the two don't exist simultaneously which is a plus. At least Malik has admitted to Rigor having some Stu qualities. Eric hasn't even bothered with that.

In terms of power, Rigor is stronger, but Aladjinn knows lots of strange techniques
I'd have to give it Aladjinn on immortality alone.

Actually a few years ago I did do some Broly vs Rigor art. I just never uploaded it
The redraws are looking amazing as always, Malik! I'm excited to see what Sage Namekku-seijin Piccolo can do!
Speaking of which, just out of curiosity, is Sage still the title for Piccolo's upcoming power-up/ability, or has it changed since you posted the concept art of him?

I still call it Sage Namek. Just the look will be different
Oh here we go. Dende wants Piccolo to accept his lord and saviour into his life.

Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

"Salutations, good sir. Do you have a moment to talk about me?"
Dende be damned, what an egotist .

I love Piccolo's new method of training, Malik! The Room of Spirit and Time-esque area Mr. Popo prepared in the original was already believable and creative, but I like the new method of training inside the book even more; I feel that it's even more unique and creative. Please keep up the awesome work, my friend, and know that you've got loads of fans supporting you here!
Edit: Is it bad that, every time, I end up mentally reading the girl's dialogue in Angela's voice from the anime filler? XD
