My gut says the entire reason they said anything about female saiyans in Chapter 6 was one of the two saiyans Champa recruits is a woman. It seemed entirely too strange for Vegeta to just start explaining Gokû's turn-ons to him right after Gokû says he likes Chi-Chi. Normally you'd think Vegeta'd just be all "Hmph." or folding his arms and looking away silently. It felt so Chekhov's Gun to me.

We know U7 team will win given since it's before the ending of DBZ. Unless they have end of DBZ is now set in U6 now.

Would there be a difference? As long as the sky is blue, it's not like you could really tell the difference if U7 earth was forever moved to U6 or not.

And there's nothing stopping them from switching Earth back to U7 after they lose.

All we can deduce is that none of the 4 contestants we know of will stay dead. Maybe Beerus and Whis die, maybe the 5th member or maybe someone on Champa's team dies though.

Nothing says the ending wasn't in U6. 5 years had passed and Goku and the others would be used to the new universe by then.

Or it could be that Goku and Vegeta wanted to avoid trouble with their wives for entering kid Goten and Trunks into a dangerous event (with no cash incentive).

Since Toriyama only likes doing everything the simple way now, my guess is that the two saiyajins from U6 will be Goku/Vegeta evil/weird/female/fat counterparts and the mysterious warrior will be a dog.. I hope not though.

It's called screen tone. It's meant to give Beerus color. The calendar it's used on in this case is tiny though, so you have to zoom in to see it and you get the extra details. It's the same if you zoom in on pretty much anything in the manga that's not "pure" black and white...

Wasn't he always? Piccolo was stronger than the Super Saiyans in the Cell saga after he fused with Kami.

Trunks and Goten are just basic Super Saiyans with little fighting experience. They're likely also a lot weaker than Goku was on Namek. I seriously doubt either Trunks or Goten could beat Freeza on Namek.

"Basic" Super Saiyans who Gohan said would surpass them, who gave Gohan and Vegeta a good workout and who surprised Piccolo with their power. You're severely underestimating them, they're far, far stronger than Piccolo ever was.

I don't think having U7's earth be move to U6 would be a good idea. They are different worlds and they may not have the same people in them. There is probably no King Kai, Kaioshin, Elder Kaioshin, Jaco or Nameks. Goku has a good connection between those characters and what if he needs them if something happens to Earth in U6.

They probably do exist (except maybe for Jaco), but they'd be different people (Kai is just a job).
