I doubt it, but is there any image/proof of the blue-haired Vegeta/Goku yet besides those keychains? Cuz while I'm all for that for Super Saiyan God Vegeta, I'm not sure what to think about it apparently encompassing Goku now too.

I like those blue-haired figures. I'm not gonna lie; they re pretty similar to the fan fiction ones (that first ssj8 Vegeta was pretty nice), but it still feels like a world's difference, even if it is fake.
"SSJ 10,000; SSJ with blue hair and bad palate swap" just doesn't have the same feeling to me as this.

Which I guess it does; that's Toriko's haircolor and his outfit from the anime looks a lot like Gokû's regular Z gi.

I also remember something about a blue aura around the Golden Freeza code in Xenoverse.

Yeah, there's an a blue and gold aura after the one Golden Freeza uses in Xenoverse's game code. The blue Vegeta is an edit though.

So as far as new form evidence there's:
-New Goku form in Heroes
-The Xenoverse code
-and the figurines

It seems he's less shocked at the ability to utilize a ki blast and more that he's impressed at the fact that he's able to charge his ki up into that single point and release it. Seems that's not viewed as "normal" among the Saiyans to me.

Yeah, but this is the point. Goku got a special training from a lot of masters, and learned to charge his ki up, saiyans seem to not be able to do it well, as they even lack some basics, as sensing power levels, etc. My point is that Kamehameha by itself is a simple skill which pretty much every main fighter by the end of the first half of Dragon Ball manga could use. I just don't see anything special in it, if there are some special skills which should greatly surprise saiyans, then these are Special Beam Cannon, Kienzan and Kikoho, because they indeed were rather unique, caused a lot of damage, and never was used by other Z fighters (well, besides Gotenks in OVA). However how can one use the certain skill, depends on its user, and Goku managed to master Kamehameha quite well and use it more efficiently than others (not sure about Gohan here)

The way I always took it was that this was a trait few others possessed as most ki techniques seen that didn't originate on Earth fired rather quickly. No charge needed.

It's kinda like the Saiyans naturally channel ki well but don't really see it as more than brute force, a reflection of their power. On Earth, Goku and the others learned from Masters who taught that Ki was something you drew from, a spiritual extension of oneself, and something you could draw out from deep within. It also explains how their learned to increase or rest theirs on command whereas in space they seemed unaware of how to hide or read someone's power, relying on the Scouters to be accurate.

The only other seen to possess attacks like that appears to be Freeza.

But I fear we may be drifting off-topic.

I don't know, and it's killin' me that I don't know. >_<

The blue's so unnaturally bright, but the shadows make me doubt, but Gokû's still got his magenta on the movie poster, but Toriyama said in an interview he doesn't want anymore flashy transformations for saiyajin, so...no clue.

But this is exactly my point, that saiyans were never taught how to use Ki properly, hence why they can't charge their ki blasts, and find it strange that others do.

What I can tell you for sure, that it is certainly not a crappy Photoshop edit, because if it was, then there wouldn't have been as many problems with recognizing it as genuine or as fake as we have now.

I want to believe that Freeza reached his limit, so basically he can't get more powerful than this

If the blue hair is real I wonder what it's going to be called.... "True" Super Saiyan God? This will be my least favorite transformation design from the new movies if it's real.

I think that "Saiyan Beyond God" is a better name, though
