The Super Saiyan transformations have never been all that impressive if you just look at them objectively. The original Super Saiyan is just putting Goku's hair up, changing the eye color, and not shading in the hair the manga. It's just the angle, I guess. Keep in mind that Black's eyes are fully lined, unlike Tullece's. Besides, they wouldn't make it that subtle if they really wanted it to be a fusion of Goku & Vegeta.

Toriyama even admitted long ago that he drew Super Saiyan Goku the same as Vegeta, only with different hair. So it's not surprising to See a bit of Vegeta in Goku Black when the eyes are fully outlines and in that angry squint face.

Since I can't edit my post while the staff deliberate on how to handle the function...
V-Jump's cover is starting to pop up in places. most of it is obscured, but it seems as though we have another DB cover as Goku Black is gracing at least part of it and Trunks is on the spine (which usually shows part of the cover).
