Kaioshin Zamas(u), Time Kaioshin Chronoa and while not a Kaioshin per say, Kibito is also a Shinjin.

Toriyama also said Goku is a 6 Beerus is 10 and Whis a 15. So kaio ken times 10 should be above Whis right? So all I am saying we should take the words of Toriyama with a grain of salt. He could mislead us or change his plans because Toei want Goku or Vegeta to get stronger.
