Trunks saga Trunks was weaker than Yardrat Goku, and Android saga Trunks was grouped in with Android saga Vegeta by multiple different people, so he had to have powered up.

Piccolo is probably around Perfect Cell's level by Super, if not quite SSJ2 tier. So he should be able to handle...well, anything in the SSJ2 tier, really (so the first two). I reckon he stops at Fat Buu, though--Kaioken is draining on stamina, whereas Buu has practically unlimited stamina and regeneration. In fact, Kaioken is right up there with SSJ3 on the list of Impractical Methods of Fighting Majin Buu.

It's pretty simple. The Saiyans are weaksauce in Dragon Ball Minus, if the strongest in their race has a BP of 10,000. Ginyu alone could take them all on. Even if they all became Oozarus.

But they're in the thousands. Even if 90% of them are between 1000 and 3000 (10000 and 30000 Oozaru). The King himself would give a good fight to Ginyu, and there are a few stronger Saiyans that as Oozaru's will help wear him down.

I doubt Ginyu would even give the Saiyans the chance to become Oozarus. Even so, Burter would speed blitz or Recoome would step in and use his brute strength to wreck the Oozarus.

Barring transformations, it won't be long before the Ginyus claim Planet Vegeta as their own. An aggressive brute like Recoome could just violently plow through tens if not hundreds of them at once.

If we give the Saiyans the privilege of transforming, then they may stand a chance. However, an average Great Ape with a power level of 10,000 - 20,000 is still one-shot material for Jeice, Burter, and Recoome, who each likely sport a battle power of around 40,000. A powerful blast from Ginyu, or even Jeice's Crusher Ball would be enough to wipe out a handful of them at once. Couple that level of explosiveness with Burter's speed, and Recoome's madness, and you can expect the Ginyus to accomplish their mission rather quickly.

-I have Piccolo marginally above Perfect Cell / Cell Jr. by the events of Super, so with the Kaioken x30 at his disposal, he proudly trumps everyone under Super Buu.

I have Piccolo by super barely surpassing a Cell junior. With a 30 times increase he stops at Super Buu.
