Piccolo Daimaou and Freeza aren't comparable because they first had their minions do their dirty work. Goku Black was shown to be alone and not have any side-goal besides killing Trunks.
He may have said 19 and 20, but we still didn't know what they looked like. We just had their names/number. With Black Goku we got a name and a design, and Toriyama isn't writing by the seat of his pants and being told to change the villains because they look dumb.

I saw him posting about GojiitaAf but didn't notice what it was about so I guess that's the post he's referring to. I went to check and it seems GojiitaAf has the next episode summary.
I won't post the image here since I don't really know why his post was erased but it doesn't say anything special, it just describes Trunks mistaking Goku for "someone" and everyone being happy that he's back and such. The summary does stress, however, that Trunks risked commiting the crime of travelling through time in order to get to the present day so I'm guessing this will be a plot point eventually.

Herms posted the episode summary in his twitter, so I think it wasn't because of that.

Even Z was aimed at kids. Japan just have different standards on what is considered a kid's show. One Piece is a kids' show and it has genocide, racism, slavery, assassination, and government conspiracy.
Even with Super it took a darker overtone with the movie retellings, like having Beerus blowing up planets left and right because the food is too greasy, him nearly killing Goku several times, Freeza torturing Gohan in front of his baby brother and him torturing one of his men into insanity, him murdering Piccolo, and him blowing up the planet and seeing everyone's reactions in their final moments.

That's the problem, what was considered for kids back then like DB&Z is considered for teenagers and adults today.
KAI couldn't even air on Nicktoons without them cutting it up even though there was no blood or anything violent in it and the only way to watch it is on an adult block at midnight.
How the hell are shows like Naruto, One Piece and Kai looked at as adult shows ? I'm beginning to think that the reason Super is so childish compared to the original and even One piece which airs at the same time is due to Toei knowing how sensitive the west has become and they know that's the only way to get it on a Saturday morning block but personally I don't think it'll be enough.
We don't want Super to be a mature/adults only show, we just want it to be like the original where it's something that is made for kids but can be enjoyed by adults as well.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Yeah exactly. That is what I'm hoping happens in this arc. It certainly is set up for some decent fighting and dark story telling. We will see which route they take. I'm sure it wont become overly dark but still.

Oh my goodness I just heard it too. Why on earth would they use that for a dark arc? I mean I'm no fan of the current ending either but it's not that bad. I personally think starring star would of been a good ending for this arc. Even when it was the ending the scenes in it started off at night and I thought it was great. This yoga song is something you'd play at a children's day camp imo.
Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

That's where Super as a whole is played.
I don't know why i still bother to answer, but again, song choices have absolutely NOTHING to do with "saving money". By your logic DBZ was the cheapest series ever because it used the fitting "Zenkai Power" for 199 episodes. Toei doesn't need to spend money when they have contracts with record labels. And even if they didn't, they could have Masako Nozawa or Hiromi Tsuru sing the ED and call it a day. What you're saying makes no sense.
Even if you refuse to learn about how things work yourself, at least be nice enough to stop spreading whatever you make up in your mind as facts.
Song's alright, certainly better than the current ED and I would have no problem with it if it was used for any of the 3 previous arcs. For the current arc? Odd choice to say the least, I'm afraid the tonal clash at the end of each episode might be too jarring and ruin the mood, but we'll see, hopefully I'll be proven wrong.
