Besides the main ones, who was the cruelest enemy?

I'm going along with the two guys who shoot Mr. Satan's dog in the Buu saga. Of course, the way they died kind of made up for it.

Yeah, the Bee shooters were pretty messed up, for sure.

Also, Spopovitch. That sonuvabitch deserved anything Gohan would've hit him with and so much more, had that fight taken place. Kinda sucks that it didn't, really. I mean, yeah, he still died, but Gohan deserved the chance to avenge his lover.

I'm going to agree. They go around killing people for kicks? That's a little Fed.

After them, I'd say Spopovitch for the way he wanted to torture Videl to death, and the Cell Jrs for the silimar purposes.

Cell Jr.(s), I found them to be pretty cruel. The jinzoningen from the future are the winners for me. I usually feel that machines can't be evil, but these two are!

No, ir's even worse. Poor old guy didn't even know what was going on. Suddenly his wife falls down, and as she asks he what's the matter and tries to shake her 'awake', BAM, he goes down too. Damn, that scene was so sick that even the other guy next to the gunman was sweating in shock.

#17 and 18 have a saga named after them though, so they don't qualify for the question. They are pretty much the nastiest bastards in the whole series (Mirai versions) though because they spend all their time slowly and gleefully murdering the entire planet personally. There's no motive objective besides the fact that it's fun.

They have a small saga in which they aren't even evil. The whole thing is part of an arc, in this case Cell. I'd say they can be accounted for.

It's true, He destroyed planet Arlia who were hailing him and Nappa as heroes after stopping by on the way to Earth. Without a moments hesitation he just eradicated it (and surrounding planets) in a chilling way similar to Freeza with Vegeta's own planet.

That was pretty cruel, Although like you say he did show his true colours later on Namek. Also if you take into consideration his quickness to kill the Namek village for the Dragonball and then laugh about it after he was resurrected... In front of the Nameks who invented those Dragonballs which bought him back. (Mean guy.)

Let's see...

Tao Pai Pai. Hired assassin, killing General Blue with his TOUNGUE, who can forget him beating the crap out of Goku in Dragon Ball?

Dodoria. It was just merciless how he killed the Namekians in like, one attack each.

Cell Juniors. They were just unrelenting, vicious children who just went out and starting owning all the Z-Fighters. And in the anime, when one of the Cell Juniors came down on Kuririn with his knee and crushed his spine - that was sickening.

Future Androids. They were heartless villians who were responsible for wiping every Z-Fighter apart from Trunks. Has there ever been any other villains who coul d do that? No. And in the History of Trunks, they told Trunks to his face that they hate humans, and the kicks they get out of killing them.

Babidi. Even though he was physically weak, he had mysterious magic abilities and had henchmen to carry out his dirty work. And it was cruel how he killed Spopovich and had Yamu killed because they were "of no use to him".

Gunmen in the Boo Saga. They killed innocent people just to get kicks out of it. The one who wasn't the leader wasn't as bad as the leader, but still...son of a bitches.

Spopovich. To see that massive bodybuilder of a guy beat the crap out of Videl like she was a grown man was just borderline torture. And the way he turned his neck back into its original position after having it broken was kinda freaky.

What's all this about Vegeta turning good on Namek? I'm pretty sure he was just bitching because he FAILED. Or are we going by the dub, where he was whining about how Freeza took him from his daaaaaddy?

On topic, I'd go with King Cold. He raised Freeza, after all. What's worse? The monster, or the man who molded him into one?

Do movie villains count? They aren't main to the series, per se. If so, I'd just like to give a shout out to Dr. Wheelo, Tullece, and Broli.
