It's true that I was surprised and disappointed at the new Gogeta. His temper was absolutely different from the impressive Gogeta in the movie. It's too bad, they made him lose his stylish serious behavior and the impact of his power, going all out immediately with mystical deadly moves.

That's what SSJ4 Gotenks would look like had they made it happen. And who says Gotenks cant go SSJ4 just because they are half blooded Saiyan? Isn't it just like Pan can't go SSJ but her grandson can because he's 1/16 Saiyan? Racist!

Yah. Vegeta has been SO on top of things when it comes to information about Super Saiyan transformations.

Stll doesn't mean the half-Saiyans are unable to go SSJ4. Interestingly, Thanos6's theory is that the human race was a long-descendants of Saiyan race, which may explain why the humans could harnass ki based attacks as well as increasing their battle power per training. My point? Since both Humans and Saiyans are related, there's no reason why half-Saiyan are unable to go SSJ4, seeing they have potiental to transform into all forms of Super Saiyan.

No, Bulma says it *might* have been due to Baby's interference. They're never sure. And it sure as hell doesn't imply that it was because of tainted blood or anything like that. Personally, I think that to become SSJ4, you need to control the Golden Oozaru form. When Vegeta was being possessed by Baby, he was logically NOT in control of his own body, which therefore didn't allow him to go SSJ4. Baby outright states something like that:
