Like when he is going to transform into an oozaru after being blasted away for Goku or when he had obtained Freeza's Dragonballs.

And I wasn't really talking about the shit-eating-grin, unless the meanings are slightly different in various areas. A shit-eating-grin is more of an "Oh yeah?" kind of smirk, as opposed to the "I'm bad and loving it" evil grin. But Buu had the best shit-eating-grins:
