Why Wasn't Piccolo In Movies 10 Through 13?

I still have no clue how Kuririn got a hold of Piccolo's threads in Movie 10. We all know he must have been wanting to do that for awhile! I would have loved to know how he did it . . . unless he made them himself for a cosplay convention but what's the fun in that?

By revealing to the audience in movie 10 that it was actually Kuririn in Piccolo's clothing, they were either getting some people's hopes up, or actually making fun of the fact that he saved Gohan's but multiple times before. I'm leaning more towards the latter.

Piccolo tends to toss his weighted cape and turban off before battle. Kuririn probably found a set lying around at an old battle site.

That, or he wouldn't stop pestering Piccolo until he showed him the "Clothes-Beam!"

I always figured Kuririn did everyone's dry cleaning for a living but the idea that he could have gotten one of Piccolo's throw aways works too. I geuss . . . Pfft, likely theory. ; )

He could have stolen Gohan's from the Cell Game.

Piccolos absence is based on the growing trend that as the movies progress more and more people vanish or become useless. By the time "Second Coming" came out anyone who was not a Saiyan was deemed worthless, and even then if that Saiyan isn't Goku then they are going to get their ass kicked.

Wow, I've never watched most of the movies but I'm extremely surprised to hear he's absent from the last four. Piccolo's one of the most popular characters in Dragon Ball and he remained prominent during the Buu saga, even if only as a supporting role.

I would've liked to have seen Piccolo's reaction to Tapion's backstory and inner-struggle of dealing with the curse that was Hildegarn. Speaking of which, I actually like FUNi's dub-version of that name, Hirudegarn.
