#19. His little grin and the strangely annoying way he would just clamp onto people to steal their ki just made me want to punch him in his great, big annoying face. <3 Veggie.

I'm going with Broli for this one, but as far as canon villans go, I'd have to say Commander Red. He didn't really do all that much, and though he was menacing, it was all in his selfish need to become taller.

I can stand Broly in first film. Plus he's only in 2 films. Other villains are not that bad. But Garlic Jr. gets his own saga and it's one that almost made me give up on the show. I hadn't seen the Japanese version so had no idea. I thought "oh great dragonball Z has jumped the shark." then I read online about him been filler and other arcs like cell were coming up.

But Garlic Jr. is so boring to watch and he's also kind of retarded. He got sucked into his own dead zone TWICE! really? really? That's just stupid. Even Saibamen showed more intelligence than that.
I totally agree with you! Btw, Broly appeared in 3 movies, not 2...Well, that is, if you count "That-thing-bio-Broly" whatever... as him  .

Yeah I don't count Bio-Broly as broly. He's a clone so a septate character to me.

Broly of course...

But from the manga-canon, I'd pick Yakon (not Pui Pui because I feel sorry for the guy). Supposedly tough with his light-eating ability, he screws up after accidently eating SSj 2 Goku's aura... We never see him fight.
It's all GOOD

Dragonball/Dragonball Z is the only series where every villain was good.

For the sake of keeping my list short: all GT villains. Yes, all of them! To the thugs that tried to kidnap Goku in first episode to very last Evil star Dragon thing. Even the "coolest" ones was not as "cool" as thought they were after a second viewing.

I think the lamest villians are most of the movie villians who are just exact copies of previous villians. First, Turles. Lame. He didn't serve much of a purpose. People can argue he was made to show how Goku would have been if he didn't bonk his head, but we had Raditz, Vegeta and Nappa to show us that already. Second, Lord Slug. Lame. He is an obvious copy of a previous villian. Third, Cooler. Though I don't concider him a lame villian, (don't get me wrong, hes cool), he can be argued that he too is a copied villian, but at least he has somewhat of a story and family. Fourth, Android 13. Lame. Copy of Cell in pretty much ALL ways, except appearence of course. Fifth, Bio-Broly. 'Nuff said.

Tullece's purpose was so Toei could animate Goku beating up everybody else, and then have more Goku fighting Goku so Goku would be the only one tough enough to beat Goku.

I didn't quite like Nappa the second time, lost all his character. Also wasn't very "mad" at Vegeta for betraying him. Although it would have been cool if Vegeta showed Nappa how much he had advanced.
Actions have reactions so don't be quick to judge, you may not know the hardships that people don't speak of.

Haha I was gonna make that pun, but just decided to have it bearly qualify as a pun by just putting cool, and also to keep it a more serious post.

Nappa was plenty mad. He erupted in anger upon hearing the guy and charged right at him. And if Vegeta could kill Nappa with a simple blast before...I don't see why Vegeta would've used any amount more than that to dispose of him the 2nd time. Since GT is canon to the anime, the villains in hell saw everything that took place in the Buu saga, anyway.

Then lucky I was here to complete the pun. You are welcome. :P
