So many to choose from...

One that pops to mind immediately though (since I was watching it recently) is in Z Movie #9. Kamesennin is scoping out a group of women and has an almost "scouter" type readout of their measurements, then he instantly pops up at their table with his hat in his hand exclaiming "HIIIII!" as the women scream.
"You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up." - Tycho Brahe

Could you please explain or link what the Bob and Margaret scene is?

OK, since I made a post earlier, I should make one relevant to the topic...
  • - Goku's Pat-Pat every time he meets someone. ((18 had a fight with Goku in Shin Budokai because of that  ))
    - Muten Roshi's lecherous actions. ((Movie 9 was propably my favorite one, along with groping 18's boobs when they had that plane crash))
    - Murasaki's ninja "games" with Goku.
    - Yamcha smashes his balls.
    - Trunks' WTF moment in Movie 7.
    - Goku screams like a freakin' baby when he receives his shots.
    - When Chichi was armed and loaded with Lunch's arsenal.
    - 18 Bribes Mr. Satan in Movie 11 beginning to end.
    - Mr. Satan's "I accept your challenge, buuuuuuuuuut I'll let my student take you on instead!" moments in GT.
    - Goku against the street fighter in West City.
    - Veku's "Special Attack".
    - Geniyu Special Force's random nonsense moments. (("DAMN IT!! Now we have to think for a new pose to fit the four of us...!!"
    - Cell's "Just Kidding" after the Final Flash.
    - Mr. Satan's Fists of Fury! ((Havn't seen the actual clip yet))

Gotta be Veku vs. Janemba. His antics with Janemba were hilarious!

Kame-Sen'nin groping #18's breasts is always a funny scene too.

I remeber another one! :P When in GT, Gogeta was split back to Goku and Vegeta and Vegeta was like SHIT! But Goku was like... laughing about it.

I'm never sure if I like that scene or not. On one hand, it is mildly amusing. On the other, the reason the plane is crashing is the blast wave from Vegeta's death.

When Goku's and Kuririn's training with the Turtle Hermit begins, he starts by teaching them basic reading and math skills. Roshi gives each of them a book, and tells Goku to start reading. The book is an adult book called "Bob and Margaret," and Goku's line goes something like this:

"Bob began touching Margaret very sensitive-like. Margaret exclaims, 'No, Bob! No!,' but it was too late. He had already started kissing her-" End scene, and they start doing math.

The actual dialog is funnier. I'm gonna rewatch that episode today. It's also in the manga.

I'm copying it down right now, it's " 'Don't Bob, please,' moaned Margaret, 'Mama's coming home soon.' But Bob only ran his hand down..."

I've always had a fondness for the scene where Bulma stays up all night fixing the scouter, and then when everyone isn't sufficiently impressed she pumps them all full of lead. That shot of her standing there in her bathrobe with the gun just makes me giggle.

On a similar train, Chichi decked out in all of Ranchi's old guns Rambo-style ready to go save Gohan is both hilarious and incredibly sad at the same time.

Cell's going on about his plans for the Cell Games in the dub- ooho, and the faces of everyone as they feel the terror! Cut to Trunks staring wide eyed- "Yes, just like that!!" Good times, good times.

Movie 7 on a whole is hilarious to me, because it's such a confusing disaster. Sayiajin warriors battling vikings and midgets and rednecks on icebergs? I'm all for it man. And then there's that ending :D I knew when I first watched it that FUNi wouldn't be able to control themselves from doing something dumb, so on we flipped to the dub and...oh, fish.

On the Pic and Veg note, there's always movie 8 and that fantastic verbal smackdown Pic lays on him, always hilarious in my book.
