1) So people can hear how Saiyan is properly pronounced.
2) So most dub fans can debate that Horikawa pronounced it wrong... which will be epic.

Mostly I just want them to leave it in so I can hear Horikiawa say "Sigh-yan" in the background while Sabat is yelling "I'm a Super Say-yan"! That'd just be awesomeness and make my day!
That would be without doubt epic. I...cannot help but imagine the outcome...

I'd love to see an English version of Saiyan Blood, but can Sabat sing?

I really want them to get someone else to sing it then, preferably NOT Vic Mignogna.

The real question is can he sing as Vegeta?

Sing Vegeta? He can barely talk Vegeta.

I'm picturing it in my head and it's hilarious.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

I have the image of Vegeta singing in any language being bad. And the image of him failing on American Idol with Simon calling him dreadful and then being blasted.

Just because he sounds more gruff that the Japanese V.A, doesn't mean he voices the character badly.

Dude, don't bother; penguintruth likes to bash every aspect of the dub voices, no one's going to change his opinion, and all you two would accomplish is starting a flame war and getting this thread locked. Just let him talk and ignore him.

penguintruth is far from alone in this assessment. This isn't some one-time complaint from a single person.

He may not be alone in thinking it, but he's certainly the most vocal about his opinions.

I would prefer if the songs stayed in Japanese for the most part, but I really want an English version of Only a Chilling Elegy .

I know that you're right, but understand that my comment was completely unrelated to the opinion as it exists separate and apart from penguintruth. I was simply pointing out that on every single thread on all of the boards whenever someone wants to talk about the dub, he chimes in and bashes the dub. I don't have a problem with a person having an opinion, or even voicing it. But as verto pointed out, it's the frequency with which he voices his opinion that makes arguing with him moot.

On point, I'll simply be happy if the Ginyu song appears in the dub. It's just so perfect for those scenes.

Personally, I'd love for them to dub all the songs like they do for One Piece. I have no doubt that Over the Star, Only a Chilling Elergy, the Ginyu song and Ultra Super Dragon Soul would sound great. And Saiyan Blood... well, I can't guarantee that it'd be good, but at the very least it would be incredibly entertaining, and therefore I want it.

But penguintruth says it a lot. I know you don't like the FUNimation dub and it's voice actors and unlike penguintruth, you don't say it a lot. (except when one of the actors gets hospitalized.)

Whenever there's a topic about the FUNimation dub, penguintruth has to tell us time after time about how much he hates the dub. He keeps telling us how he thinks the voice actors sound like dying animals and the glorious Japanese "Seiyuu" sound x100,000 as better.

I think you have a completely wrong attitude about this, Piccolo Daimaoh. Neither of the Mike's might like the work the voice actors do on Dragon Ball, but never does such inherently mean they hate them as actual people. Neither has the time of day to think like that, I am sure.
