It's been a while since I've played, it, so I might be wrong, but during the Radittsu conflict, if you have Piccolo kill Goku by choosing the Makankosappo... you know which one... at the wrong time and not Radittsu, Gohan kills Piccolo in a rage and then joins Radittsu.

I think.
... Maybe later.

Interesting. Too bad I can't read Japanese though. So I have no idea what the dialouge is about.

Ooh, I loved that. Basically, the fight goes on as usual until Goku has Radditz by the tail. Radditz is begging for Goku to release him and you can choose to either let him go or keep holding him. If you choose to keep holding him, he cuts off his tail, moves out of the way, and Piccolo's super attack kills the death out of Goku.

Gohan busts out of the space pod in a fury and wastes Piccolo with a massive headbutt. Radditz is convinced of his power, and takes him to train. The two return later with Vegita and Nappa, and the last bit of dialogue we see is Gohan's insane laughter as everything is blown up.

DBZ2 had quite a few humorous alternate endings... my favorite is still the one with which you cancel Vegita's immortality... too bad he doesn't find this out until he tries to fight Freeza...

Lol.. yeah... An Evil Gohan would be awesome...

of course, you'd never see SSJ 1,2 or Mystic Power Forms of Gohan... nor would you see the dragonballs to wish goku back, because piccolos gone... so Frieza would of destroyed Namek, he would of got immortal life, destroyed Namek, then destroyed you. There you go, Evil Wins. Even in the alternate future, Gohan and trunks die by the androids, so, once again evil wins.

Oh, and there would be no earth to go back to with Cell, and well, If the earth blows up so does Buu. Oh, no GT either *w00t!!*

There you go, the rest of DBZ In a nutshell. Oh, and BTW, No-one on earth would of known about namek, and even if namek would of known about Piccolo, they wouldn't of revived him, because they would of still thought he was evil, so he couldn't of been revived to get back the earth's dragonballs to revive goku.

of course King Kai would of told Master Roshi to tell everyone to go to namek after goku would of got there if piccolo was dead, although Frieza and the saiyans would of destroyed them upon site, and with no Gohan to go with Krillin to save Dende, they couldn't of got the password from him, and frieza would of beaten it out of him instead.

Wow... that went into a Spiral of Off-topicness...

I found a translated ROM ages ago.

...

I mean, no I didn't. I bought the game and forced myself to learn Japanese.

Actually, how does Daizenshuu EX view ROMs of ten year old SNES games?

http://www.emuxhaven.net/snestrans2.shtml Heres a site that has a patch for the ROM.
... Maybe later.

Super Goku Den 2. Allowed you to make decisions to radically change the storyline around.

Normally though, changing the storyline either results in Game Over (due to everyone dying) or, everything changes back to normal anyway (i.e. if you make Goku arrive at the Saiya-jin battle early, Tenshinhan dies protecting Chaotsu that way Piccolo did--and does--and then Choatsu self-destructs himself.)

It's a shame the story wasn't completely moldable.

There are indeed many cool alternates in Gokuden 2. One of my favourites osccurs during the nappa battle. You can choose for Gohan to attack Nappa instead of chicken out like in the anime. If you do this, Gohan kills Nappa. Too bad Vegeta kills Piccolo 5 seconds afterwards...

Maybe DIMPS should play some Gokuden 2...
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!
