Gohan and Bulma's "new" voices???

See, the thing is, every single time I watch the first two episodes, all I hear is the same exact voice as Tffany Vollmer, except for when she's screaming. You could tell me how different it is all you want, and I still wouldn't be convinced that it's a different voice and performance. At this point, nothing will convince me otherwise. They sound nearly the same - voice wise, performance-wise. I will admit that she probably does have a little bit (and I emphasize a little bit) more range, but then again, it's not like Tiffany Vollmer also didn't quiet down during serious moments, either. Movie 13 was a good example of this.

Kid Gohan for Kai= Hate it, hate it, hate it.
I am only 3 episodes in and when Gohan burst out of the pod, he sounded just terrible.

Bulma I can at least deal with.

In the end guys, it seems it all comes down to personal prefferance.
We can debate who has more talent but in the end, ears don't care about a winning argument. It's the voice in the end that either wins for you or losses.

Why do people cling to Vollmer screaming all the time? It's not like it was up to her. It was the way she was directed. She's even said that it strains her vocal cords when her character yells so much. She didn't walk into the booth and start making these decisions to yell at everything.

And I can notice a difference between the two voices. I can't say they're "almost exactly the same," they sound different to me. Not in a bad way, not in a good way, I'm quite contempt with both.

Suppose I'll pop in a say that even when Vollmer's not yelling, she sounds nothing like Rial. Rial's so much closer to Tsuru in that...she's so far, far removed from Vollmer...if that makes any sense. She acts and has far more experience than Vollmer, so I'd say that overshadows any (if any existed) similarities between the two.

New Gohan is much more appropriate, even during the fight with Nappa.

I would never in a million years go back to Nadolny.

From the first two episodes I saw on Nicktoons, I really think Colleen Clinkenbeard's Gohan is the star of the Kai dub. It's really excellent. To me, it blows away both Stephanie Naldony and Saffron Henderson's performances. This is the Gohan voice I've been waiting for.

Beyond things which could be said about taste, there's a few problems here.

1) Your spelling and grammar is sickeningly atrocious. I'm not going to even try to correct it with red text because it'd be so much effort that the entire post would be practically re-written. So I will simply remind you that you're expected to type properly and legibly on this forum, as you agreed to upon joining. It's literally "rule #1."

2) This was a big necropost, as this thread has been inactive for almost two months now. This is also against the rules, literally #2, in fact. There are already other topics regarding the dub in general which you could have made your comments on.
