It all depends on the person. Some use Photoshop for stuff like this, some use Paint...

Sorry for the double post, but I've got a question. So far my attempts at making these things from scratch have failed horribly. They look like shit. So, I was wondering if it would be OK to take existing ones from somewhere and edit them for my entry instead? >.>

Alright, it took me a good while as I had to figure out what moves of my character's would be easily doable for this. Ended up realizing I wasn't left with many options, but meh. I like what I ended up with. If anything needs adjusted at all, let me know. I still have the original .psp files saved, so making changes shouldn't be too difficult.

Character: Hotaru
Hotaru is the princess of the Tanarian race and (at least in my AH universe ) Yamcha's wife. Shortly after her 18th birthday she stole one of her mother's ships and set off for Earth, after learning it was threatened by Freeza (who'd all but wiped out her race, and driven them from their original world, only a few months before her birth). There she helped Earth's fighters repel Freeza's men, met and fell in love with Yamcha, and effectively joined the ranks of the 'Z Fighters'.

Special One: Wolf Fang Fist

She is married to Yamcha, after all, so she's picked up a few things.

Special Two: Kamehameha

Ditto here. One of the first things she learned during her year stay on Earth.

Super Special: Kameryokuha

Enhanced Kamehameha developed by Yamcha. It combines the Kamehameha with the Kinryoku, a power boosting technique developed by Hotaru, to produce attacks stronger and faster than normal.

And as I can't think of anything else that would work with her, I'll take an Attack Up.

I've got another question. Can we make more than one contest entry? I'm making more of my OCs just for kicks, and for sprite animations like my avy, so I'm wondering if I could toss some more of them up for this as well.

Sweet. Been working on this one a while, took longer than Hotaru because of how much more I actually needed to edit on it.

Character: Nova
Following the downfall of the Cold Family what remained of the Cold Empire was on the verge of civil war. Wanting to prevent pointless bloodshed Nova, a distant cousin of Freeza and by far the strongest member left of her race, revealed her power and took the title of Queen. She is neither as arrogant, egotistical, or ruthless as Freeza and wishes only for peace, and to preserve and protect what remains of her people and their empire. To that end she has been working hard to stabilize the collapsing Empire since becoming Queen.
