Id have to (once again) go with the cell games reenactment for the funniest part of DBZ.

My favourite funny moment in DB was the explanation of the rock-paper-scissors/spitting fight that Krillin and Jackie Chun had.

They even carried that attack over to Budokai 2...and I think even 3. It was especially funny there because you could do it with people like Freeza and Cell. Man I love Mr.Satan.

Probably the part where Muten Rôshi was motorboating Oolong-Bulma. Just hilarious, what with Rôshi's nosegasm (I've taken to calling his nosebleeds that from now on ), and then the next panel all you saw is blood flying out and then Rôshi with noseplugs saying something like, "I am the luckiest man in the world". I don't normally laugh out loud at Dragon Ball, but I came close.

Its been said many times but my all time favorite funniest scene was in the World Tournament Saga of the reenactment of the Cell Games. It is funny no matter if you are watching it in the dub or sub IMO.

LOL, there is this one scene in the Funimation dub, when Goku and Vegeta were trapped inside Buu, and Buu told a joke. xD Even though it is a bit cheezy, it still got a laugh outta me, just by the way Buu said it.
