Seeing Atemu's mug month after month disturbs me.

Dr. Slump is going to be Graphic Novel-only, as I recall. And considering the kind of humor it involves, that's for the best.Mike D wrote:But I think they mentioned that Dr. Slump will be coming into the picture. So that might get some play on its first run.

Well, Dr. Slump WILL have a preview chapter in the next SJ, but I think that's just it. Which is kind of screwed up, because now Shonen Jump is one manga shorter. How will they fill the space?

...although Dragon Ball Z is the hard-hitting action series from the creator of Dr. Slump.
I don't think Dr. Slump would have too much of an audience aside from die-hard Toriyama fans. Then general populace didn't care about anything in Dragon Ball except the fights. What's in Dr. Slump that would keep them interested?

Indeed, it pisses me off how most people watch Dragonball Z simply for the fights & not for it's bizzare appeal ( though I was once like that too). Personally I like the gag-style fights from Dragonball. (Sighs) I miss RockMizugi wrote:...although Dragon Ball Z is the hard-hitting action series from the creator of Dr. Slump.
