Did Goku actually leave his family?

Goku was obviously going to trick Uub into stealing everything from his village, only to revive Cell and give them as an offering of peace.

Dunno what you're trying to imply, a facts a fact, shibazzle. I think you're also forgetting that Freeza kills Goku and becomes Goten's new mentor. It pains me to see individuals such as yourself that just don't follow the plot.
