I suppose this is where knowledge of the Japanese language would come in handy. Where is that Herms fellow?

Re: Zoukei Tenkaichi Budoukai by Banpresto
It does seem to be a design contest where fans can vote for which figure they'd like to see in a tournament styled setting. I'm sad that the coolest looking figure is losing. I want that SSJ3 Goku!
http://ameblo.jp/watana-blog
Watana Blog seems to have some info on it. Google translator translated the info there for me, its broken English but the gist I get from it is that people need to vote in each block for the figure they like- the way you do this is by selecting the box that is just above the scouter when you open a block. Click it, and then two flashing arrows will appear, one under each figure icon in the lower corners of the screen, select one and then click the left button to confirm you vote for this artist and their figure. I figured this out just by fiddling with the site, lol. The winners advance, I guess the winners will be the figures that are made.
This blog also has a lot of close ups of the figures on display at some sort of convention.

Amazing contest!!
I think that everybody want that unique SSJ3 Goku be the winner.
But I like also SSJ Goku, Vegeta and Piccolo.....
All designers made their jobs perfectly!

The word "KAI" means in the old North Germanic language Frisian "Kämpfer engl. Fighter" respectively "Krieger engl. Warrior"!

I really like that SSJ3 Goku, but Goku's driving outfit is something we haven't seen so I'd probably vote for that.
But these look awesome, wonder what happens with these molds?..they should sell them..TO ME!

I'm thinking that a few months after the winner is released they'll release the rest of the figures.mysteriousdbzgt wrote:These figurines look really awesome, I really wish this wasn't a contest. I want to own them all.

Wow. Just... wow. These look so gorgeous. This is the kind of stuff I wish people would shove in my stocking come Chirstmas time. I think the Super Saiyan 3 Goku one's probably my favorite because of the attention to the ripped clothes. It just looks really nice.

Has anyone actually voted yet? If you have, how do you do it? I want that Vegeta figurine made!
Also, I found some images of the figurines side by side:

Perhaps the winning figure will be released as some kind of special edition kind of thing?
I do hope the other figures get released, it seems like such a waste not to use sculpts this good.

The quality of the figurines are getting much better, the driving Goku one nails his personality in that single look. In fact, all of those are perfect representations of the made characters

The contest ends on the 31st, so we'll see who wins then, but if they don't go to a second round then it looks like the (ugh) Piccolo will win :/.
