Yeah pretty much, Vegeta even notes himself that he shouldn't have appeared in a gag manga or something to that effect.

Yeah I know :D

Well it's fun, how in Neko Majin, Toriyama crossed together timeline after Buu arc and Saiyan arc.......
(Plus Onio, that's even before Dragon Ball logically)

Just noticed, in BT3, Uub's alternate costume is that from Neko Majin, Goku's gi, but I don't remember if it have the blue undershirt or not.
