"Hair" made me chuckle, but other than that I have no idea why they'd make a list. Cartoon Network, yeah, but Nick? *Is very confused*.
On hiatus.

Yeah...why would Nickolodean do this? It's not like they ever aired the series, at least to my knowledge. Oh well...they're kinda late with the whole DBZ craze. This would've made a lot more sense if this was featured, say, four years ago.

I guess they are making up for Wizzard Magazine which covered it in their magazine WELL before it became a hit in the US, so theres some kind of cosmice balance or something like that anyway.

Well I would think they chose "love" because that is a part of DB in that Goku cares for his family and friends and protects Earth that he loves also. Of course, maybe it's a reference to Dende's "Don't piss off the god of love!" line, in which case, that's really sad. :?

Why would Nickelodeon do this? Ever hear of "jumping on the bandwagon"?
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."

Z could've also been Zed, which is what the Z in DBZ stands for, or am I wrong?

"Zed" is simply the correct pronunciation of the letter Z.

The "Z" didn't stand for anything, Toriyama-sensei simply chose Z because it's the last letter of the English alphabet and he wanted to end the story soon.

In ENGLISH. Though many people, including myself, say "Zee", that sound only originated from the ending rhyme of the alphabet song since it's sung to the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" (or "Bah Bah Black Sheep", I always forget which came first).

"Zed" is the the propper way of pronouncing it.

Worry not. XD

And blimey, who would've thought that a nursery song would inflict so much damage onto an active language. XD

It's true! Sing all three songs: they're all the same tune!

The reason why Nick must be doing this is because they can't sell their magazine filled with their own things, so they have to resort to branching out, even though tapping on Dragonball is 4 years too late...

Is the Z really pronounce "Zed"? The logo and pronounciation have always been "Zetto"... check your DBZ Japanese next episode previews...

My sister showed this to me. She said it was completely random and wasn't in a section about anime. The X stands for xenophobia because "humans develop a fear of aliens after they land on Earth." No they don't. Other than that, it's surprisingly accurate.

The closest thing to xenaphobia I've seen in DB/DBZ wasn't even in DB/DBZ, but in an ish of Jump. In one chapter of Shaman King, a guy calls two Native American shamans "foreign devils".

Okay. So does that apply to people that aren't humans? Because when you think about it; God is a slug, the king is a wolf, and "The World Fighting Tournaments" are contested with dinosaurs, werewolves, midget clowns, etc.

Not to mention that they are often seen in everyday society living amongst people...

Xenophobia needs to be shot.
