Back to LOG2, how do you fight Cooler? He comes out of nowhere saying go tell Goku he's waiting for him on planet namek. When you meet Goku however, he talks a bit and randomly the 3 years pass. I didn't save my game because of this error (losing Gohan going up 2-3 levels) so there better be a good explanation!

You don't fight Cooler until near the end of the game. After you've found all the missing Namekians, return to Capsule Corporation and visit the empty lot to the left. From there you escort the Nameks home on a space ship to New Namek. There you'll find Cooler; you'll want to bring plenty of Senzu too, he's as strong as Perfect Cell (in my opinion)

That makes no sense!!! Cooler was supposed to arrive in the three year gap! RRRAAAARGH!!! I want to fight him NOW to boost up characters! And GOD Piccolo (pre-fusion) sucks! I had him equal to Gohan's level at some point (no capsuls for anybody yet) and except for HP (and maybe EP) Piccolo was WAAAAAAAYYY weaker.

Told ya.

Go to Kame Sennin's house to learn some new attacks, and watch the difference between those two grow a lot more.

Gohan'll get an awesome attack, on par with Vejita (but SSJs will always be better than non-SSJs, so Vejita will be the better character until Gohan goes SSJ), while Piccolo gets a horrible attack that's impossible to hit anything with.

Should I bother to keep training Piccolo since he fights #17 later? I know he'll fuse w/Kami but still...

It's a secret.

...Okay, so I waited until I got the leaf. Did I need double magic for that? I don't remember.

I'm pretty sure the fusion ups his level quite a bit.

They make him go Super Namek... So basically, Piccolo gets the Super Saiyan status, which is activated in the same way, and boosts his stats in the same way. His über cool changing consists of him throwing off his cape.

That said, #17's too easy.

I used those alligators as my level-up-area until I could get through to fight the dinosaurs, which give, like, 35,000 EXP per kill.

And even then, once you hit level 40 or so, it starts taking half an hour just to level up ONE level... I still haven't beaten the game, because I want everyone at level 50 ('cuz I'm a dork). Still gotta do Piccolo; everyone else is at 50.
Where's this? I got Gohan up to level 50 cuz I'm obsessed with him (it was also easy w/him) near Gingertown not far from where you find the Time Machine. There's a section that won't let anybody but level 50 Gohan in, so I trained him in that area. It was long and stupid, but led to an 00ber strong, PINK, Red Ribbon Destroyer Robot (the Pirate Treasure Guarding robot in the manga) that was guarding a statue of Gohan. The robot gave off like 62,000 experience. It's easy to beat. What's tough are the scorpions leading to the robot.

Speaking of these statue, where are the others? I need all but Gohan's. Also, where are these dinos, EX? I need them because this 00ber-bot is killer on Piccolo.

The doors do show up on the map, but..

I believe Trunks' is south of Metro West.
And Piccolo's is on New Namek.
You get Goku's after beating Seru in the final battle.

Vejita's.. um.. It might be in the mountains where Dr. Gero's lab is. Not sure.

The doors do show up on the map, but..
Do I have to talk to someone specific somewhere for this to happen? Right now the only star on the map is of Dende's Palace (I beat Cell to get Goku's). If I speek to Dende the game ends after tons of talking and Gohan flying.
I believe Trunks' is south of Metro West.
Eh?
Vejita's.. um.. It might be in the mountains where Dr. Gero's lab is.
Can't find it!
Not sure.
Well BE sure! Or someone else help! All I need are Trunks and Vegeta's statues! Blaaargh!

Not the overhead map, the scouter map you can access in every area. I THINK the doors appear on it.
I believe Trunks' is south of Metro West.
Eh?
It's near the place you met Cooler. I think.

*checks a guide* It's there all right. Look better.
Not sure.

Found Trunks. Does anybody remember which location had Gero's lab in the game? I'm getting tired of flying around the damn map and then getting stuck in the mazes.
