Naw, he's right. They licensed the first 28 episodes.

That's pretty interesting. The translation they were given used the names Lunch and Gillan.

Episode #15 - A Strange Girl Called Lunch
Episode #18 - The Master's Strict Training
Episode #23 - The Nemesis Gillan Appears

Then again, Toei's translation also used Kuririn, but FUNi changed that too.
