It's cool, I guess, that a new generation of kids will be exposed to the movies, but why start with movie 8? I never understood Broli's popularity, to begin with. It would be amazing if they aired the Ocean Group/Pioneer versions of the first three films. Those were amazingly good dubs.

Even better is if they were to redub them. But Ocean's dubs of those movies are the next best thing, so that would be pretty awesome. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't do so, however. As bad as the FUNimation dubs were, they would most likely show those instead.

Right now I'm watching this horrible Iron Man cartoon hoping to catch and record this DBZ movies commercial. I went through one full episode so far and I didn't see any commercials for this. This could just be a rumor. We don't actually have any confirmation do we?

I wonder what they're going to do for the Buu arc movies? Maybe we may see the Buu arc on Nicktoons? Either way, I'm excited. Now I'm going to ponder on which music score it will be.

I'm really interested to see how Funimation will edit Movie 12 considering that Goten and Trunks face off against Hitler during the movie. Are they just going to cut those scenes for consistency with Kai or something?

Guys atleast 3 people (me included) have seen the commercial. Why they're showing Buu arc movies will raise some eyebrows unless they commision FUNi to help make a special on the Buu Saga explaining the characters.

At least they're bringing Z back.
It will make old dubbies happy and it will introduce new enemies and such to younger viewers.
I think it's a good idea to air these.

I just got used to Kai Gohan and I'm not ready to go back to Smoker Nadoly Gohan ;p

I'm really glad they're bringing Z back, my only problem is its going to show the Buu arc movies. Nicktoons needs to air the Z Buu arc right after they are finished with Cell or the new viewers are going to be really confused with these movies.

Get ready for a new generation of Broly lovers, everybody. Also, I hope they show the TV Specials for fun. I'll probably watch it anyways. It'll warm my heart seeing the movies air again.

Airing these with the old singles footage and the FUNimation scores is baffling, especially after the majority of Kai has aired with the Kikuchi score.
Unless there's just a general set of TV tapes/files/whatever that they're re-using from the Toonami broadcasts?
