I think he means, subjectively, a good one.

A big book of interviews with the cast and crew of the Dragon Ball anime and other behind the scenes stuff. And anecdotes!

I could easily imagine this being quite a long one too, maybe an hour or so. It would have interviews with Toriyama and key people from Toei and Shueisha; fans from back in the day and today, it would show older commercials and promos from the 80s/90s up through current. I've just always been interested in the manga and animation process and how they're created, so a Dragon Ball-based documentary would be badass.
This. SO much this. I would pay every last bit of money, all of my life savings, just for this.

Seconded. That would be incredibly informative. Let's just hope he actually remembers it all
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Dragon Balls that could grant wishes with a device the size of DVD case strapped to your mid section that'd project a holographic aura around you.

Artbooks with the art that appears in videogame covers and menus, merchandise, dvd's, promotion and cards.
A lot of fantastical images are lost in the oblivion.

I'm having a hard time believing these don't already exist.

I'm thinking food items. Kinto'un cotton candy; perhaps butterscotch flavored.

-The Daizenshuu in English for starters, thank you.

-More lines of plushes! Unfortunately I am really picky about my plushes and there just aren't enough. Nobody's ever even done a Raditz. I would kill for a Banpresto version Raditz. A softer cuddly one would be fantastic too. I have a 1993 Banpresto Vegeta and I would sell my laptop down the river for it.

-DVDs with the original Japanese picture quality/colors and a Faulconer option.
This is classic Tammy

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"
