I don't know what you meant. Slug, Coola and his men, the Androids, Broli, Bojack and his men all are characters that Toriyama created.

If referring to me, I'm aware of that. They do look like something perfectly within the bounds of what Toriyama could draw. But unless this revelation completely derailed Cipher's opinion, they still have a distinct look compared what Toriyama put in the story proper.

This isn't an observation I'll defend to the death, by the way. Just that Bojack and Broly would look pretty distinct next to, say Nappa and Recoome.
