Not everyone has a scanner, and no one DOWNLOADS the VIZ manga (except for a few volumes that are online >_>).

I know. My scanner's broken, which is painful because there's so much I need/want to scan...
But anyway, the scanslations themselves are of rather bad quality. And I never said anything about downloading VIZ volumes.
