A Dragon Ball Dragon Box seems the most likely out of the three, since that's apparently when a new release for Dragon Ball is coming.
Did they say they'd release Dragonball again?
They said they had a release planned for the original Dragon Ball for 2013, combined with the fact that they had a survey about Dragon Boxes, it seems the most logical.

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

This is what's next for Funimation. Seriously on DB related things, not sure. Maybe more re-releases or something?

My thoughts exactly. Which is why I will be picking up the blue bricks before my next run through my Dragon Boxes, so I can finally enjoy the original Dragon Ball anime in japanese for the first time.

I gotta admit, the zooming in on the Blue Bricks does bother me, but that's really only when looking at two screen shots side by side online. I'm sure while watching it at home it won't bother me in the least. I mean hell, I didn't notice the problems with the orange bricks the first time I watched them, and we all know how superior the blue bricks are to the orange bricks.

Honestly, if another Dragon Box release is on the horizon, the Z movies are the only thing I could imagine FUNimation releasing. O, how I hope I'm wrong...

Holy crap, I didn't know that. Now you really got my hopes up! I still may pick up the blue bricks though. Depends on how long I can go until I need another DBZ watching experience.

But damn, only a year huh. I may wait for an announcement of some kind before I go spending money. Patience is a virtue after all...

I just thought, maybe it was a Blu-ray release they planned for the original Dragon Ball, and they planed this before the DBZ Blu-ray debacle... :?

I'm fairly content with my "Main Set" which is what I keep out as the best release of each Dragonball/Z/GT/Movies/Specials. All previous singles and sets I put away once something better comes along. For now it is the following:

DB > Blue Bricks
Z > Yellow DBoxes
GT > Green Bricks

DB Movies > DVD Singles
Z Movies / Specials > Blu-ray Double features
Kai > Blu-ray sets

I'm more interested in Funimation getting on with the newer releases. I want the newer Movies/Special (Whichever they are considered technically) Yo, Son Goku and Friends Return, Episode of Bardock, and Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans.

Starting to wonder just how long it will take to get these released stateside. Goku and Friends Return came out in 2008, right? It's 2012 now, I've been waiting a long time for that one. I really enjoyed that feature, and would like to have a copy of it for my "Main Set". I'd prefer to have these new material releases before they re-release something that I have multiple versions of already.
"Of" =/= "Have"

Contractions:
-Should have = Should've
-Could have = Could've
-Would have = Would've

The heck does "should of" even mean anyway? Think about what those two words mean individually, and then try to read them back to back in a sentence and make sense of it. Are you forming a prepositional phrase, is "should" a part of a larger grouping, or are you just typing random words based on how you think you hear them used verbally? Perhaps take a moment to contemplate this, and see if it becomes as mind jarring for you to look at as it does for me..
