Dragon Ball Z Kai more popular on DVD than Blu-ray?

Discussion specifically regarding the "refreshed" TV version of DBZ created in Japan for its 20th anniversary, including individual threads for each episode.

It would, were it the full resolution, but the opening, endings, and eyecatches look much sharper and such than the actual show, so it's a moot point.

There is always going to be those who prefer DVD and those who prefer Blu-Ray.

I am a Blu-Ray supporter, and believe if it is properly treated, blu-ray will always look and sound much much better than DVD. It's worth it alone for the uncompressed audio tracks. Why stick to a format with such limited resolution? 720x576 (pal) vs. 1920x1080? 1080p all the way!
