25th TB, Babidi not revivng Buu

I get the feeling that Piccolo wouldn't win the 25th. I think he'd lower his battle power to the Saiyans' base levels instead of just going LOL MY BASE POWER IS HIGHER and steamrolling them.

Otherwise, what the fuck would be the point in him entering? I can't see him enjoying that at all and he certainly doesn't want the money or the recognition.

Well, Gohan and Vegeta initially only entered because the former was being blackmailed and the latter wanted to show Gohan up. The others just wanted to see Gokuu again. Kuririn knew he wouldn't have a chance at winning with the Saiyans and Piccolo entering, but he knew Gokuu would be coming (as well as #18 making him), so he came anyway.

But I'm just playing devil's advocate anyway. I think Gokuu would've won the 25th TB, against Piccolo in the finals.

Well, we'll leave Spopovitch and Yamu in the tournament, but as normal people still and not Majin-ized ones. Shin and Kibito will be replaced with random normal people.

Match 1 - Krillin vs. Punta
Saw it in the series, wouldn't be any different. Krillin wins with ease.

Match 2 - Random Fighter vs. Piccolo
Pretty much the same thing as Krillin's match, just with less show boating on Piccolo's part. Piccolo wins.

Match 3 - Videl vs. Spopovitch
Mark's beaten him before. She takes him out without issue.

Match 4 - Random Fighter vs. Saiyaman
Repeat of Krillin's match, again, but with more show boating. Saiyaman wins.

Match 5 - Goku vs. Vegeta
The two stick to base in the ring, going all out against each other, but as the match heats up they decide to take it elsewhere, where they can crank it up to full power. Both leave and are DQed.

Match 6 - Satan vs. 18
18's got no reason to believe that Satan will make it to the finals, that the others will let him win, so she just one shots him to get it over with.

Match 7 - Jewel vs. Yamu
I'd say probably Yamu, Jewel didn't seem all that good.

Match 8 - Mighty Mask vs. Killer
The boys, disguised as Mighty Mask, take it easily.

Match 9 - Krillin vs. Piccolo
Krillin surrenders before the fight even starts, not interested in getting a concussion.

Match 10 - Videl vs. Saiyaman
Gohan makes it look good, but in the end he throws the fight to Videl.

Match 11 - 18 vs. nobody
Goku and Vegeta have returned from their match elsewhere but since both were DQed it doesn't matter and 18 moves on by default.

Match 12 - Yamu vs. Mighty Mask
Another easy win for Mighty Mask.

Match 13 - Piccolo vs. Videl
At Gohan's begging and pleading Piccolo throws his fight against Videl, though far less believably than Gohan himself had done.

Match 14 - 18 vs. Mighty Mask
Basically the exact same thing we saw in the series. The boys get DQed after 18 reveals who they are.

Finals - Videl vs. 18
Gohan's request that 18 throws the fight isn't enough for her, but she talks to Satan and he agrees to pay her if she lets Videl win. Videl walks away champion of the 25th Budokai.
