So Yamcha saying Krillin is strongest human in an out of context situation to cheer up his daughter is official ?

Oh please do. I would love to know why you think Humans are actually worth something in this series.

No there are official statements from Toriyama and such.
Vegeta: "Funny... I seem to recall Kakarot being fed the same information right before he transformed; the distinct look on your faces when he went Super Saiyan didn't exactly inspire confidence. One does not predict or calculate power like ours."

If you want to skip straight to the part about Kuririn, look for "Speaking of women who fight, there is No. 18." It's in Red so it shouldn't be too hard to find. :)

Except when they're not.
Chapter: 390 (DBZ 196), P14.4
Piccolo (to Goku): “Then use the Room of Spirit and Time again. We’ve got the time. We just decided on the order: I’ll go first, then Vegeta will enter alone…And then Trunks…You two can enter again after that.”
Tenshinhan: “Sorry...But I pass…He’s absolutely not an opponent I could fight…”
Poor Ten.

As I understand it, Kamiccolo9 isn't saying that Saiyans are naturally able to stand and move around in high gravity. High gravity can still make it hard for a Saiyan to move around and fight, obviously. He's talking more about internal physiology, like their organs being able to function in higher gravity than a human's could; he's saying that, perhaps the humans could only make the gains they did in ten times Earth's gravity because they were dead and didn't have to worry about such things.

Like I said before, if anyone's going to disagree, they should at least be disagreeing with what he's actually saying.

This. It's not that the humans are too weak; we already know that Tien and Krillin at least are stronger than Raditz when they die, which would make them stronger than some Saiyans at least. The problem is they're not built to handle the same extremes that Saiyans can. Power doesn't mean anything if your heart isn't strong enough (literally, not figuratively.)

The Human Z Fighters are all stronger (with the exception of Yajirobe and maybe Chaozu) than most Saiyans.

Well, I was talking about when the die in the Saiyan Arc. All we know is that, since Nappa is said to be an elite, that the majority of the Saiyans should be weaker than him. There's still a pretty big gap between Nappa and the Humans, that a lot of the Saiyan population could fill. We don't know how strong the average Saiyan is.
