Fan creates "Official" guides on how the SSJ levels work

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

When the first thing you read about something like this is, "I don't want to count <insert source here> because it goes against my theories which I view as fact," you know you're in for a stinker.

How about a video explaining the difference between a FPSSJ Gohan and SSJ2 Gohan.
^ Comment on one of the videos. Who needs a guide to that?

He states Base Saiyans > Piccolo.
Knew it. Well, that instantly denotes any power-related fan work as a stinker.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Here's the comment to prove it
I simply believe that they are an explanation on what Toriyama created. Toriyama himself has not said anything on multipliers so that means nothing is official technically.
- Proof that he thinks these "guides" are more official than the real guides. He also thinks Mr. AT approved of them.
f you read the manga, when Goku returns for his 1 day on Earth, all of the saiyans are confident that they can beat Piccolo, even without going SSJ. If you read the manga I'm sure you'd know what I'm talking about.
Oh yeah, explain then when Supreme Kai said he could take Frieza down with one blow, and then was shocked at the Saiyan's Base Power.
- States that Base Saiyans > Supreme Kai

I've already said I don't agree with SSJ multipliers - they aren't consistant.

When did you say that? Also they're CONSISTENT. It's a 50x boast. Everything someone uses it. Someone mentions that their ki grew.

No one is arguing that there is an increase - just by how much and if that number is always the same.

What are you talking about? I'm saying the transformation is always 50x.

I'm arguing that may be true for Goku - but maybe not for everyone else.

And why the fuck would that be the case? Unless you're getting confused by movie base fighting and filler.

The Super exciting guide has Toriyama saying it's 50x base.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
