A off topic forum would be nice, but I do like how this place is very relaxing without a off topic forum. I normally come here when I get away from crap on other forums. If we ever get a off topic forum, just ban politics and religion thread similar what they did on the old Spawn.com forums. We do have a chat room on IRC and Skype, I normally rarely go on them since I'm not a big fan of chat rooms.

After reading some of these posts I think I'll change my mind about an off-topic forum, it's not needed. But I wouldn't be angry if we got one.

No offense to Kanzenshuu. But sometimes DB debates being the only MAIN thing on the website besides news is weird to me. But I'm glad that it's not like most forums. Even though this is still only my 2nd favorite forum.

If people want an off-topic section, someone could always just make a separate forum altogether on something like ProBoards and members here can sign up using their Kanzenshuu usernames. I know it's not the same, but it could still work.

But Proboards works fine to. But since this one is already set up. We could do this. Yea I would like that. So you guys can either just sigh up to the link I posted or should I make a Proboards ?

I have another proposal: Why can't we have a small section about Toriyama's other works, and Toriyama in general? Or at least, allow topics for them to be made in the General Discussion & In-Universe Threads, since I don't imagine lots of discussion going on in a section like that. I don't think these would hurt the forum, we could learn more things about Toriyama in general, and perhaps more Dragon Ball fans would give a shot to read some of Toriyama's other manga.

Toriyama's other works could use an "Official Toriyama's Other Works Thread", I don't think anyone would mind it in the General Franchise Discussion section.

Regarding polls... I can see the forum getting crowded with poll threads in no time, which ain't a good thing. We're here to have discussions of quality. Seeing the numbers without people's real input only works for things like favorite character/form/etc., so I'm against it. The only use for polls that I see is for voting purposes, in cases when it's all about numbers.

I've seen popular forums(Even more so than Kanzenshuu) benefit better with polls. Hell with polls it got MORE topics and MORE comments on topics. Poll topics would't even be used that often IMO.

I'm against polls too. They will crowd up everything.

You seem to fail to realize that Kanzenshuu is not about the quantity but quality. If you think the forums you're talking about are of as great or greater quality, feel free to share their URLs.

I should had included the debates got better as well. I thought it was implied since I compared it to Kanzenshuu.

Being able to embed YouTube videos on the forum. I'm personally tired of having another tab popping up to see what video example someone posted.
