Who is richer?

Interesting how the Red Ribbon Army competed against Capsule Corp. in vehicle manufacturing despite being...you know, a private military organization (a criminal one as well). Did they just sell military vehicles or commercial ones? Were there really people out there in Dragon World buying cars from a criminal military organization? Come to think of it, how was the RRA not at war with the King's army? You think the global government wouldn't tolerate some stubby war criminal and his mass army of dickwads terrorizing the land for so long.

The government probably had a deal going on with them. Red Ribbon Army does whatever job the Government wants and in exchange they leave the Red Ribbon Army alone.

What money did Goku and Chi Chi, live on(pre-buu saga as I can see Gohan having a part time job etc)? I don't remember Chi Chi having a job. Goku certainly didn't/doesn't and we can pretty much rule out Gohan having a job, so only explanation Ican come up with is that they were living off from Bulma? I guess is plausible as Goku seemed to like catch the dinner etc so I guess Bulma probably funded them for a house etc, unless Goku built it, then there's the case of Gohan's books, doubt even Goku could make them.

You are correct, sir. However, if you think about it, either Gyumao's lives an expensive lifestyle, or he didn't have as much money as one would think because the Son family is very frugal. By the end of the series, I'm pretty sure the Sons live off Mr. Satan's fortune.

Well, he horded all his treasure inside his castle... His castle then went up in flames when the mountain caught fire, destroying who knows what. Then, to make matters worse Roshi outright destroyed the castle along with the mountain. It's possible that the money he was using to support them, and himself, was but a small remaining fraction of what he had initially.

I think Bulma is richer for the following reasons.

1.Capsule corp has been making money for decades before Mr.Satan became famous or won the world tournament.


2.Capsule corp makes space ships that move at light speed or more ...

Realistically it takes more money than what you win at the world tournament.
(though Mr.Satan has other source of income )


3.Bulma gave away a castle and other stuff as 2nd and 3rd place prize for a bingo competition.[in battle of the gods]

Mr.Satan has never shown himself spending such wealth.
