I don't think it's nerdy to talk about something you enjoy!
I think the whole notion comes from "anything animated is for kids," which seems to be an American point of view. It seems rare anything animated here is adult oriented, maybe just recently. The only thing I can remeber before adult swim type shows is Heavy Metal. So, since adults are talking about "something for kids," they're perceived as nerds here in America. That's just my quick thoughts on it.
This show was really fun to listen to. The only thing I would say, is that Lovely Cyborg sounded like she was talking through a paper towel tube. Meri should try and add a little more ... if that's possible. I like what she has to say when she does speak up, and her voice and personality add that much more to the show.
I'll try and send an e-mail question I have A.S.A.P.
Will you be doing a show this Christmas weekend?

Great Job.
I am very happy that you added my question in. I am also very pleased with the answer. I am someone who does know "correct" terms but am just a dubbie at heart & need to use Dub Terms. It would be as if you changed the name of this place from "Daiz EX" to "Skippy's Home Page Of DB Geeks". I could never call it that

Agreed. Maggie's awesome. I loved the part where she so non-chalantly tells Meri to "just go home" for not learning how to play the new games.

Listening to it now (shut up, I'm slow). The whole kanji thing with the English furigana sounds a lot like things like Sailor Moon. Starting with the third arc of the manga, Takeuchi-sensei used a lot of kanji for the attacks, with furigana as Engrish. ... Or something. Like "Hebi Kaen" with "Maazu Suneeku Faia" next to it. ... As a matter of fact, because I'm hyper.
Fear my idiocity and/or ignore me. Either way.
Maggie chiding Meri makes me laugh. XD

It was quite enjoyable.
I liked my E-mail about Janemba being voiced by Kent Williams being mentioned...
But you failed to use my term "Pull a Pikachu" in reference to keeping Japanese voices...
Oh well, at least we heard Mike saying "Tenkaichi Budokai" in a high pitched voice! XD

I have yet another random thought.
Maybe you (Mike) and Julian, uh..."duel voice" the opening like how Fusions were voice acted in DBZ. That would sound really friggin cool if you worked it out.
Okay, okay, I'm done making stupid suggestions.

A Fusion-themed podcast! Talking about the differences, how it's good/bad in the games, and the North American release of movie 12!
Both: "FUUUUUUUU-SION! HA!!!"
SaiyaEX: "I am neither Mike nor am I Julian! I AM THE HOST OF THIS WEEK'S PODCAST!!"
(That joke will make more sense once you've all seen movie 12.

)

Well with Vegito I am pretty sure they have Sabat & Schemmel both say the same lines & they edit the 2 voices together.

That's the same in the original version.

Are you certain? Given I haven't heard it, but from a lot of people I have heard the Japaneese Version has a totally different voice.

Perhaps I'm wrong concerning how it's done, but the voice of Gogeta is simply Vegeta and Goku's voices being spoken in perfect unison. I would assume the same would be said for Vegetto.

Yeah..Fusion voicing is done the same in Japanese and the Anime. At least, I have the Vegetto DVD and his is duel for both.
I love Japanese Vegetto's voice...best. Voice. Ever.

Does anyone remember if they used a dual voice for KabitoKai (or Kibitoshin or whatever his name is) in the Japanese version or if they just used the same voice as Shin's like in the dub?

Regarding Kaioshin...yeah, he doesn't sound duel voiced, and it doesn't have a hint of Kibito in it. I'd say it's just Kaioshin's Voice.
