It's becuase it like it too, but I like the Makankosappo better of Piccolo's techniques.

One of the best for me comes from Piccolo in the movie 6 when he destroy all robots and even opened a super crater on Earth.

Final Flash, Special Beam Cannon, Light Grenade, Big Bang Kamehameha, Masenko, and a few minor ones I can't remember the names of.

I don't think the kikoho really depends on the strength of its user, since it seems to use life force. So, if Goku used a kikoho, it wouldn't really be stronger than Tenshinhan's.
