Why does FUNimation like to over saturate footage?

I go back to my point about you're film they had access to. Maybe if Toei gave them the original matters, we can sit here blaming FUNimation for something, but you don't know what they had to work with and what they actually changed.

On one part we have the unfiltered footage and then on the other the remastered, from what anyone can see it's basically trying to improve the picture quality but instead they've ruined it.

Much like the Dragon Ball Saga sets they were already great but for some reason that also got remastered.. -.-

They look better to me.
Canon is Jaco, Dragon Ball except for EoZ, Dragon Ball Super anime and manga (both are separate canons)
