Although I don't like him, that is pretty damn funny.

Also, you can't see it, but it's still in its plastic wrap under the slipcover!

Did I just get a Chris Sabat-autographed copy of this for under $25?
That's pretty awesome, haha.

As someone said, you could probably get a pretty penny for that if you re-sold it. But personally I'd keep a hold of that. What a pleasant surprise.

As much as I love autographs, I can't see the price being that much higher for having one.

Me neither. Someone on ebay (I'm sure as a partial joke...because I can't imagine anything otherwise) is selling all of the Dragon Boxes with Sabat's signature on all of them or almost all of them. The person is asking for 9000 dollars and up for it which I know for a fact no one would ever bite at that price. But I've seen people put up exorbitant prices like that in the chance that someone somewhere with too much money might bite.

They've changed my life - changed the way I act on the earth. Doesn't that make them kind of real? They might be imaginary but, but they're more important than most of us here. And they're all gonna be around here long after we're dead. So, in a way, those things are more realer than any of us.

As neat as it is to have an autograph, I don't know why you would pay that high a price just to purchase one, unless your plan is to eventually resell it. If it's just to have the autograph, that seems empty to me. Part of the joy of having an autograph is getting them in person.

I think the problem with pricing the autographs of anime voice over artists is the fact that not only are they easily accessible (conventions) but you can get several things signed at a time so the market would be really saturated. Why would you pay several hundred dollars for an autograph when for less money you may be able to meet them? I don't think autographs are about the money; it's about the time and place that two people connected over something they love. That's why most of the stuff I get signed are really worthless financially, but worth the world to me. I had the cast of DBZ sign the board I broke for my black belt because of the inspiration they gave me. You can't price an experience, so I would never want to. If I want to sell my DVD's ever, on the other hand, at least I won't lose my way to reminisce over an autograph if I don't use them for autographs.

I wouldn't care about Chris Sabat's autograph, but to me, the autograph I got from Eric Legrand (the french Vegeta) is worth gold.

I'm in agreement with some of the others here. I would love Sabat's autograph, but not on my DBZ DVDs.
