I sent you the Norwegian version, didn't I? That has the big green dub on it, hasn't it? Or is that one of the rare discs that don't?

So I should just buy one of the various Scandinavian dvd's and that will have the big green dub on it?
It is clear that sometime in Mark Satan's life, he acquired the dragon balls and called upon shenlong to grant him immortality.

WAIT, WHAT.

I honestly don't even know. I think I just popped it in to spot-check it and didn't dig around enough.

Now I have a whole work day ahead of me and I'm unable to contain my excitement.

Unfortunately, movie 1, 2, and 3 don't have the Big Green dub, so it's not on your copy.

Here's some screenshots from the Dutch release. Oddly enough, though the footage is mostly AB Groupe's transfer, only the ending credits and the first shot after the opening are obviously from Pioneer's uncut release.

I'd be interested in this.

How much would you charge for all eleven DVDs plus shipping to UK?
yamiace wrote:is this dvd the big green dub?
Yes it is. However, only three DVDs of the eleven were released in UK.

That's false. It's a huge mixed bag, really. Some have the big green dub, others don't.

I'm sorry for making you believe it had the big green dub and make you excited for nothing, Mike :( I guess only movies 4-9 and the tv specials have the big green dub...

I wonder though, was the Big Green dub put on all the danish releases, Kei17?

Hmm. I'm gonna try that when I get home tonight :) If I remember correctly, the disc asks what language you wanna listen to when you load the disc, and only the Scandinavian languages ate listed, right?

Only movies 2, 3, and 4 of the Big Green dub were ever released in the UK, both on VHS and DVD. I managed to get 3 and 4 for about £5 each at the Newcastle (Grainger Street, not Pilgrim Street) CeX.

I never thought I'd see the day when I'd pay witness to Mike acquiring another version of movie 1! Great job Mike.

The Big Green Dub is so awkward and stupid but yet hilarious and that's why I want to have all 11 DVDs if possible. Looking forward for that price, Shinmaru.
