I enjoy just how much of a threat Freeza is. You know the likes of Gohan and Kuririn CAN NOT touch this guy at all. Not even Vegeta is a match for him. You know that if Freeza catches the heroes, they are dead.
Of course, the plot allows them to live long enough for Piccolo and Goku to show up, but that sense of mortal danger was definitely there when I first watched it.
Just how is the Frieza saga the best one?

It's the best saga DBZ has to offer(and by that I mean both Freeza and Namek Saga since when I say Freeza Saga I usually mean from the beginning of Namek)
