Freeza does not know the password on Namek. If no one goes to Namek then he would end up blowing up the Planet since he didn't get his wish. If Piccolo still dies and Goku gets hurt after fighting Vegeta then things would likely be the same as they are now. If Goku goes to Namek with Gohan and Kuririn without getting hurt badly then everyone would died against the Ginyu Force. Goku might able to beat Zarbon before Vegeta can but he won't be any match against Recoome or Captain Ginyu.

He could just force it out of some Nameks just like he got the DBs.

True but the Nameks can trick him by sending him to the sun. I think this scenario can lead up to possible four events.

Scenario #1 - Nappa fights Goku first and gets defeated. Vegeta kills Nappa then he fights everyone. Everyone dies expect for Goku, Gohan and Kuririn. Vegeta becomes Oozaru and crushes Goku's body. The rest of the fight would play the same that we saw in the anime and manga and the rest of the events in DBZ would have been the same.

Scenario #2 - Nappa fights Goku first and gets defeated. Vegeta kills Nappa then he fights everyone. No one dies and Goku kills Vegeta with the Genki Dama or Kaioken X3 Kamehameha. The events of Movie 3 happens where Tullece comes to Earth to plant the God Spirit Tree. Tullece is defeated by Goku and everyone is safe while meanwhile on Namek, Freeza is searching for the Dragon Balls. Nail kills Cui, Dodoria, Zarbon and the Ginyu Force. Nail fights Freeza and dies. Freeza gets all of the seven Dragon Balls and Dende tricks him into wishing for immortality when Dende end ups wishing to send Freeza into the sun of the Planet Namek's solar system. Freeza does not know the Namekian language, he can't tell what Dende is saying. While on Earth, everyone lives a peaceful life for many years until Goku dies from the heart virus and the Z-Fighters get killed by #17 & #18. Cell shows up over a decade later and becomes perfect by absorbing #17 & #18. He won't have Freeza's cells meaning that he would be much weaker and he may not survive in space.

Scenario #3 - Nappa fights Goku first and gets defeated. Vegeta kills Nappa then he fights everyone. Everyone dies expect for Goku, Gohan and Kuririn. Goku does not get his body crush by Oozaru Vegeta and goes to Namek with Gohan, Kuririn and Bluma. Goku, Kuririn and Gohan teams up with Vegeta to get the Dragon Balls. Goku would have killed Dodoria and might able to beat Zarbon's monster form. The Ginyu force comes and ends up killing everyone. Nail shows up to finish off the Ginyu Force and fights Freeza until he is killed. Freeza is unable to get his wish and ends up blowing up the Planet. Everyone on Earth is living a normal life without the Z-Fighters for many years until #17 and #18 show up to kill everyone.

Scenario #4 - Nappa fights Goku first and gets defeated. Vegeta kills Nappa then he fights everyone. Goku, Gohan and Kuririn gets killed by Vegeta then goes to Namek to get the Dragon Balls. Vegeta finds out that Freeza found out Namek before he did and tries to find the Dragon Balls on his own. Vegeta would have killed Cui, Dodoria and Zarbon like he normally did. I think Vegeta would have fought the Ginyu force on his own and end up getting killed. The rest would play out similar to Scenario #2 and #3 where Nail to kills off the Ginyu Force and Freeza ends up blowing up the Planet seeing that he can't get his wish. Everyone on Earth is living a normal life without the Z-Fighters for many years until #17 and #18 show up to kill everyone.

How would Nail kill off the Ginyu Force? I can see him taking one of them on in an even fight, but he'd get wasted taking on all five of them. Captain Ginyu alone outclasses him easily.

Nail was at 42 thousand. Recoome, Jeice, and Burter were somewhere between 30001 and 59999. So Nail could theoretically be strong enough to beat either all of them easily, or easily get stomped.
