Really, considering how fucked the future is, who Bulma bangs and who Trunks fucks isn't a big deal, ethically speaking. Appropriately, the oppressive atmosphere of grief and daily threat of instant-death would make coupling even more common and "irrational" than it already is.

Future Gohan's personal life wasn't really explored at all so it would be kind of interesting if it turned out he had a family somewhere in the mountains or something. Trunks could discover Gohan's kid and train him.

It would have been really weird. I mean not even taking into consideration the age gap, why is God's name would Bulma think it would be a good idea to raise a baby during an apocalypse when she's already really busy building a time machine to save the fucking world.
