That's true but that's just an inconsistency since not long after that the Dragon can't teleport Goku. It doesn't negate the point I was making, I believe.
I thought Shenron was simply respecting Goku's wishes to not be teleported back?
He said he couldn't because Goku refused to, I believe, implying that he really couldn't. Also, if the Dragon could do something like that to Goku, then they would only have to wish for the villains to be teleported into the core of a giant sun at the ends of the universe.
